KinG, the largest Kinases encoded in Genomes, is a collection of Ser/Thr/Tyr specific protein kinases and similar sequences encoded in the completed genomes of eukaryotes and prokaryotes.
KLIFS is a kinase database that dissects experimental structures of catalytic kinase domains and the way kinase inhibitors interact with them. The KLIFS structural alignment enables the comparison of all structures and ligands to each other.
a searchable database of specificities of 254 commonly used signal transduction inhibitors. These results have been provided by the International Centre for Kinase profiling within the MRC Protein Phosphorylation Unit at the University of Dundee.
